If you are in a rush and have little time to spend on making a delicious dish, then try out this simple way to make chicken. Prepare it Saturday evening for Sunday lunch.
You can use either chicken breasts or boneless chicken thighs. Cut them in thin strips and lay them in a glass pan. Pour a bottle of Italian dressing over the chicken and let it marinate for a few hours.
Heat up the grill and grill the meat until almost done. Place chicken in a crockpot and pour the leftover marinade over top. Put meat in the frig until Sunday morning.
Sunday morning turn the crockpot on low and you will have some juicy tender chicken to eat with your rice.
